MyTickets Emergency Maintenance, scheduled 3 days ago

MyTickets will be unavailable on Saturday 14th October 2017 between 01:00 - 03:00. Customers are currently experiencing intermittent payment failures, during the maintenance window we will implement a fix to resolve caching/lag issues.

Payment Gateway 03 Payment Gateway 03 Outage

Mastercard Payments fail on MYCPAYG03. To resolve the issue, this gateway will be removed from service. Payments will be load balanced between MYCPAYG01 & MYCPAYG02.

Update 00:01 The planned upgrade/maintenance to MyChurchdown has been suspended due to a number of issues. This work will be rescheduled.

Update 1: We have identified the issue resulting in payments via MyTickets not succeeding. To resolve the issue we will perform a service restart at 00:00
