ApplePay Payments

We have identified a payment issue affecting MyTickets. When customers make a purchase using Apple Pay, the transaction fee is not applied.

We have removed Apple Pay as a method of payment whilst we investigate the issue.

For customers who have already purchased tickets using Apple Pay, these will continue to be valid tickets and we will honour all orders.

UPDATE 24/10/17 19:30 Due to a change freeze currently implemented in the MyTickets environment we have taken the decision to suspend Apple Pay as a payment service until after the Fireworks Extravaganza. Customers who have an Apple Pay enabled device can continue to make payment by entering details manually.
